Maybank TreatsPoints can now be used to redeem ChargEV charging e-vouchers for electric vehicle owners. These vouchers are available for redemption online, with limited quantities available. It is recommended to redeem them now before they run out of stock.

To exchange your TreatsPoints for ChargEV charging vouchers, you can go to the ChargEV e-Voucher section on the Maybank TreatsPoints website and make a purchase.

The RM50 voucher is available for purchase at RM64, with a markup. This voucher can be exchanged for 32,000 points. If you don't have enough points, you can also use a combination of points and cash, such as 10,000 points + RM44 or 16,000 points + RM32. To redeem your points, you will need to log in to your MAE account and complete a secureTAC verification process.

The RM50 ChargEV e-Voucher can be used for at least a year and can be redeemed through the ChargEV app, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

To redeem a Charging eVoucher in the ChargEV app, simply make a transaction and the e-Voucher will be sent to you via email. We received ours around 20 minutes after getting the confirmation email from MyTreats. You can redeem multiple vouchers, with each voucher code being sent separately to your email inbox.

After you have received your voucher, open the ChargEV app and click on the MORE button located at the bottom of the screen. Next, select Redeem Package. You will be able to enter the voucher code by copying and pasting it, then click on continue.

After verification, the credits will show up in your ChargEV account.

As stated in the terms and conditions, the credits can be utilized to cover charging sessions that cost RM50 or less, following any discounts from a membership plan. It is important to remember that the credit can only be used for ChargEV operated chargers in Malaysia through the ChargEV app, even though ChargEV has agreements with other Charge Point Operators for roaming.
